The Value of Experience

For more than twenty years, I have been representing sellers of beautiful homes in San Francisco. I am a Broker, not a salesperson. I have the experience to get you the best possible outcome when selling your most prized asset.


The process starts with an accurate, research-driven estimate of value (the CMA). We can make reasonable assumptions about certain quantitative and qualitiative factors and develop a likely range of value where we can expect a ready, willing and able buyer to come in with an offer. This range includes best case, worst case and most likely outcomes. I do not manipulate sellers with wishful thinking or throw about inflated numbers that are not founded upon data. My fiduciary duty is to be truthful about your home's value, regardless of what you may think it is worth.

Because I have longstanding relationships with many other agents, developed over a period of two decades, I sometimes solicit feedback from senior colleagues whose opinions I respect, in order to reality-check my own thinking about what your home is worth.
