A Brokers License -- What's that about?

I hold a brokers license, not a salesperson's license.

Brokers are required to know more about the business. Brokers must pass more challenging exams and are held to a higher professional standard under the law than salespersons. As a broker, I keep up to date with best practices within the profession, recent legislative issues and latest technological innovations. It costs no more to work with a Broker versus working with a Salesperson. Why would you do anything else?

Team Approach

I bring to every transaction a team of professionals that know their job!  I utilize both in-house and off-site marketing, photographers, videographers, writers, designers and draftspersons who help me with amazing property statements and web-based advertising. I work with an outside vendor (Ringtrail) to help reach facebook users. I employ the services of a great transaction coordinator and enjoy fantastic support from our great team at zephyr to make the whole experience efficient for clients. I concentrate on what I do best and delegate where necessary.

I do not, however, delegate important client-facing tasks and always meet personally with clients for any important decision that requires careful judgment.

Over the years I have also developed great relationships with architects, handimen, stagers, painters and numerous other tradesmen, who can help prep a home for sale or do work for buyers in their new home.

I have never been sued or discplined. My formula is simple: I am conscientious, hard-working and ethical. I leave nothing to chance. My buyers are well-informed and delighted with their homes, and my sellers can sleep at night knowing that I have communicated properly with all parties and have done everything possible to insulate them from liability while getting them the best possible price and terms.
